Delete Your Dropship Account

If you no longer wish to use Dropship, you can permanently delete your account and associated personal information.

This action cannot be undone.

Account deletion permanently removes your Dropship account and associated personal information. Certain information may be retained where required by law or necessary for fraud prevention, financial records, dispute resolution, or legal compliance.

What will be deleted?

Your name, email address and phone number
Your password and account credentials
Profile photograph
Identity verification information
Stored location and live-location information
Wallet balance associated with your account
Bank and payout information
Wallet transaction records associated with your account
Delivery/order records associated with your account
Delivery verification records associated with your account
Representative strike records associated with your account
Associated delivery photos, voice notes and other uploaded delivery evidence where stored locally
